Beginners Course is 1 day.  ( Usually 10am to about 4pm) 

Intermediate Course is 1 day plus about 1 hour on the second day.

Mascarpone – Similar to Cream Cheese

Mozzarella – A quick and easy way to make fresh mozzarella in less than 30mins!

Halloumi – A predominately hard cheese that is delicious fried.

Artisan Bread – The Master Recipe

We will enjoy a delicious lunch with a sampling of our yummy cheeses and breads with some Halloumi to take home.
